About NIKO G.

How It All Started

I’m Niko Gamsakhurdiya, a BIM Manager and architect with over a decade of experience and 120+ built projects across the world. I specialize in Revit-based workflows, facade systems, and team coordination on complex architectural projects. Alongside project work, I lead a team of developers creating custom BIM tools — from automation scripts to full-featured platforms — helping companies optimize their processes and reduce costly rework.

Since 2015, I’ve been sharing insights through blogs, videos, and public talks — building a global audience of architects and BIM professionals. My focus is always the same: clean modeling, smart systems, and practical strategies that actually work on real projects.
